If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! 

We hope your order met and exceeded your expectations but in the event that you would like to make a return, we can definitely help!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, whatever the reason may be, please contact us at info@thezenitude.com to return within 30 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase.

We offer full refunds back to your original payment method once a returned item is delivered back to us. Fees for return shipping may apply. A return may be started within 30 days of delivery of your order.

All items being returned must be in unused condition and arrive to our warehouse in undamaged condition. Please keep this in mind when repackaging any returns. The Zenitude reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with other issues, please also contact us and we will proceed with next steps for this occasion.
